RMS Aware

RMS Aware uses proven discovery and device interrogation technology from the RMS Enterprise Management suite to deliver a full IT Asset Management solution. The agent-less design facilitates easy setup and use, whilst providing comprehensive discovery and auditing. This in turn provides an early ROI.

RMS Aware can audit remote devices across the Web using a standard browser interface. The Asset Database holds details of discovered devices and is accessible to remotely located CMDB environments for access or CI updating, as required. Furthermore, RMS Aware is fully integrated with the other RMS solutions to allow for seamless data sharing.

The intuitive interface provides for the interrogation of the asset database, allowing numerous 'views' and 'filters' to be defined. Users view pertinent data that matches their job tasks/roles. For example, a user could select a view which confirms if the hardware platform "estate" will support a new application release.
