We can offer a range of development services, either directly associated with the RMS products or completely independent.

We have successfully completed a number of developments over the years, ranging from system integration tools, through alternative call logging systems customised to a specific requirement, to bespoke enhancements to the RMS systems. As these developments can utilise our extensive library of software routines, we can keep the costs to a minimum by reducing the timescales. In turn this produces more reliable systems and minimises the risks of major development projects.

We are happy to quote a fixed price against a fixed specification or work on a time and materials basis.

Areas where this may be of interest are:

• Integration of other systems with RMS, either to automate data updates, to reduce the administrative burden of maintaining data in two systems, or to link directly to the data in the third party database.
• Customised reports for specific management information
• Web based reporting through the RMS Management Information System
• Intranet solutions for order processing, document management or diary management.
