RMS Services Replacing HEAT® with RMS

A Global Supplier of Telecommunication Solutions was keen to reap the benefits of a full ITIL Service Management implementation. It was undergoing a period of rapid growth and the existing Front Range Solutions HEAT® implementation was proving to be inflexible and expensive.

A solution was required that would be quick to implement and easy to modify, combining all of the functionality of Service Management with greater flexibility and a lower cost of ownership. The cost of maintaining a bespoke system and a heavy reliance on key personnel was leading inevitably towards inefficiency, and the cost of upgrades - in both time and money, was becoming prohibitive. This led them to look at the marketplace.
