RMS Change is an Enterprise System covering the full life cycle of any change process and includes Risk and Impact analysis, Assessment and Authorisation.
Workflow tasks are automatically allocated and released providing full visibility of the processes and workload progress, together with costs for resource management across departments.
The Change Management Suite is fully integrated with the RMS Service Desk and Customer Service Centre which are highly configurable allowing tailored views to be created. The RMS Customer Service Centre provides a business interface for users, enabling the adoption and the deployment of end to end processes.
