The End Is Nigh
11.00am :- The last day has arrived and other than feeling slightly tender on our feet, we have had a great time. We had great success the day before and today seemed only to get better. We would like to give a special thanks to Will Corby aka "The Caffeine Kid" and his amazing coffee "Thanks Will you provided an excellent service to all those who visited our stand and kept us wonderfully highly caffeinated"
6.01pm :- Another successful Service Desk Show under our belts and it's time to try and fit everything back into the boxes and bags from whence they came - this is the reason to bring extra duck tape as we all know that nothing fits back in exactly, if in doubt tape it in. RMS would like to thank everyone who visited us.

8.3Oam :- Armed with Blister plasters, shoe padding and all the other essentials nicely gathered together, we venture forth...Earls Court are you ready?!
4.35pm : - Our stands are a hit! This has been one of the best shows to date. I don’t think there was a better way to release our new product of RMS Ultra and the new look of RMS. We may have been foot painfully busy but for the RMS Team that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves -
Operation: Johnny Ball - a perfect photo opportunity was waiting for us, by using a few subversive tactics and a small diversion, infiltration was accomplished and Ali lived a boyhood dream.

10.OOam :- With the last minute panic over, the full force of the RMS Service Desk Show Team with broken nails and disheveled hair finally have the stands loaded and are on their way to Earls Court for the show setup.
1.3Opm : - Whoever said that ‘breaking up was hard to do’ didn't setup two stands at one of the largest Service Desk Shows in the country. We are very proud to say that we managed to get both stands up and fully functional in record time without a single missing bolt. Now that is an accomplishment!
7.12pm :- Our new branding and stands look great and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Time to get a drink in hand as it is time for the RMS Service Desk Show Team to go out and play.

Version 7 Training
The version 7 training has successfully kicked off and we would like to thank all those who have already
participated in these sessions. We have enjoyed meeting you all as it is not often that we get to see the
people behind the voices on the phone. We have had some excellent feedback from our attendees and the
training days throughout March are now booked solid!
But not to worry we have more sessions open in April ……..so please contact us if you would like to book a place.
