RMS Service Management Suite Version 7

With the release of RMS Service Management Suite v7 significant changes to the user interface have been made and this public training allows organisations who have upgraded or are about to upgrade, to this version to get to grips with it fast.

There are courses available for both Administrators and Trainers, covering the new features and the interface at an appropriate level. Plus the open webinars, which cover the main features of user training.

If you’re enrolling on the Train the Trainer programme it will cover Administrator training too, so you won’t need to attend both.

All users should attend the user training webinars to bring them right up-to-date with the system.
