The RMS Service Management Suite is developed, implemented and supported by RMS Services Limited. The solution is an ‘out of the box' system that is configured by RMS to meet customer requirements for data, processes, terminology and complexity. As such, RMS have devised an implementation methodology using expertise developed over 18 years within the Service Management field, to ensure successful commissioning of the RMS solutions.
For larger or more complex projects, a dedicated RMS Project Manager may be required. The project manager's role will be to coordinate the project from the planning stages to completion.
The Health Check is a 2-day service. The consultant spends the first day on customer site analysing the current operation, the server and client workstation installations. The 2nd day is spent offsite documenting the setup and advising alterations that should be made to ensure continued smooth running of the RMS system.
This is a 3-part exercise. The consultant first visits customer site in order to analyse the current operation, discuss the requirements and relate the requirements analysis to the present structure of the RMS system. The second part is spent off-site documenting requirements, the options available and making alteration recommendations on the best way to update the existing system which can then be used to achieve the new aim. Finally, the consultant updates the RMS structure at customer site to meet the new requirements and provides overview training on any new features that can be utilised.
Provides a consultant to discuss and document a detailed analysis of the requirements of your help desk. This document which incorporates the planning of coding structures, identification of required resources and the timetable to go live date can then be used to build your RMS system.
Provides a consultant to work with you in order to obtain and populate the data in to the system and reduce the amount of time required for the system to be ready for use.
Once you have exported the required data from the source system our consultants will manipulate and migrate data from various systems to the RMS database.
