
The RMS Service Management Suite of products are designed to implement and support both the Service Support operations and Service Delivery function as outlined within the ITIL Version 3 framework (ISO IEC 20000).
RMS have supported many different types of organisation in implementing ITIL best practice including Sungard, Logica, Prudential, MFI, London Borough of Newham, Walsall MBC and many more. Designed around ITIL best practice, the RMS Service Management suite of products has also aided many customers with their certification to BS15000 and subsequently ISO IEC 20000 as recommended by OGC, the owners of ITIL.
All RMS staff are ITIL trained and aware to assist customers in implementing ITIL best practice through the RMS product suite and RMS Services Limited have many years experience implementing and supporting ITIL best practice.
Incident, Problem and Change Management are handled within the Service Desk and Change Management suites offered by RMS. The full Service Management Suite available extends beyond this.
